Ginsler will be good for XRP long term. Ripple and XRP will moon once this SEC lawsuit is over. It will create regulatory clarity, regardless of the outcome.

Short term, Ginsler could cause XRP to dump in price, with just one negative comment. But I'm okay with that, cause I'm hodling long term. And it'll be another potential opportunity to buy more XRP.

Ginsler givith!
Ginsler taketh away!

I don't think there's going to be a settlement any time soon. I think the SEC is going to use Ripple as the framework for how they'll treat all other crypto. In order to do that, it's probably going to trial.

After they are done with Ripple, they are going to start pursuing cases against other crypto that they have jurisdiction over.

Or, they may go after the exchanges, since so many crypto aren't based in the US, and the SEC would have no way of touching them.

The government wants a slice of the crypto pie. Especially since Elon and other big investors are moving more of their capital from fiat, into crypto. Regulation is coming.

With all that being said, I still think XRP is going to moon sometime this year. The SEC won't want to drag this case out for years. If they're trying to create a framework for regulating all of crypto, they will want to wrap this up within 2021, so they can start going after other people and companies.

None of the fundamentals have changed for XRP. Ripple still has the US patent on ODL. Still has all of its partnerships with major corporations and banks. Still helping to craft the ISO 20022 certification. If they loose the case case against the SEC, it will take an initial dip, then start to moon. If Ripple wins, it will moon hard!

I want it to moon on Monday, but it looks unlikely, given the larger goal that the SEC is trying to accomplish. I think it's more likely to take a dip on Monday, when there's no news of a settlement.

Once Gary Gensler is appointed, as head of the SEC, he'll probably release a statement about the Ripple case. Once he does that, then it will probably tank super hard.

I'm planning on buying more on Monday, when it dips. And then buying a shit-ton once Gensler is in, and releases a statement about the case, and it tanks.
