Depression has made it so I don’t care about the state of my home.

There’s garbage, dishes, and laundry everywhere. And I want to clean and love my little condo again, but I just can’t bring myself to do it.

What do you guys do when you get like this? I’m currently laying in the bathtub fantasizing about cleaning up and going on a nice long bike ride through the city but idk if I’ll actually do it once I get out :(
