I should have sold during the run-up before the dividend. I didn't actually believe Ryan Cohen and the rest of the board would just allow the market obstruction attack on our stock to go unchecked. It's a complete dereliction of their fiduciary duty to us as shareholders. My faith and trust have been shaken. They need to be working to regain our trust, not having fun attending hockey games while we struggle to survive.
It is for this reason that I am voting AGAINST all board recommendations in the annual shareholder vote. Enough is enough. If the split dividend was handled illegally, then the board needs to DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. Ignoring it just sends the message to SHFs and brokers that they can continue to manipulate the value of the stock without consequence.
