>get told afterwards that I didn't pass it and I wouldn't be staying for the afternoon

It seemed quite obvious even then that 3 assessors were not going to assess the logic of what people were saying. We were probably being judged solely on normieness. This is a prestigious company that does consulting projects for other companies and all they look for is bullshitters. I didn't make the mistake of saying little but even my effort probably wasn't enough to come off as a non-autist.

WHY do companies go out of their way to do NOTHING but test for bulkshitting ability and normieness? I can think of reasons why, but is everyone really so much of a fraud?
