Spain didn't participate in WW2 because they had been too weakened from the civil war they just had, and their country was in ruins, and they never had the same level of prosperity Germany had, after WW2 Spain had also purged more hardline fascists.

The Jewish international banking cartel were upset not only that Germany freed itself from their control, but were also upset that Germany had also prospered because of it.
