Honestly I'm starting to think 50-80% recovery on their inventory in a Ch 11 or Ch 7 situation is a bit optimistic. Hesitant to afford any value to their inventory at all. Not much value in the fixed assets either, half of their PP&E is manufacturing equipment to make fake meat.

The sooner they file for bankruptcy the better for the bond owners, if they do so now they at least get 18 cents on the dollar as the ultimate downside, maybe they can squeeze some value out of the non-manufacturing PP&E and get it closer to 30-40 cents.
