Are you talking about the slabbed coin? It's shooped. If you're talking about central bank involvement with Ripple, then I do believe this would increase the value of XRP. The entire point of central banks is to print fiat money and use it to purchase things at higher than market value. 100 years ago the Fed only bought commercial paper. Then they started buying short-term government debt. Then gold, then long-term bonds, then junk bonds, mortgages, stocks, derivatives, etc. Crypto is the next frontier. It's the next thing for central banks to pump money into.

Ripple is a privately owned company. We don't know who their shareholders are. I believe that Ripple's shareholders are the same people that are the shareholders of the banks that are the shareholders of the central banks. If XRP went to $1000 they wouldn't lose any power. They would be transferring their power to a new vessel, like a hermit crab migrating to a new shell.
