Biotech is a volatile sector, and it isn't uncommon for them to fluctuate like this for no reason
There's no bad news pulling GALT down, as long as you're patient and think in the long term, you'll make a profit
The science is still good and the company's finances are still good

NIO is one of many companies that had have followed that pattern
A company gets a lot of hype, a lot of people buy in, and then even more buy in because other people are buying in (FOMOing)
The stock spikes in price, then the initial investors take their profits and the people who FOMO'd panic sell, and it falls just as dramatically
It's going to take a while for it go back up, if it ever will
