If you study Blockchain Economics it has a Bias against fiat and speculators so most of the economic activity would be relegated to those who have actual goods and services to tokenize quite quickly.

Think about it this way Ethereum is a system of money that does away with money in its entirety. The only things that have value are actual things like security guards or Iphones and if you make Iphones you can tokenize them and instantly swap the Iphones for anything else because all value on the Blockchain is determined by exchange rate between tokenized assets.

Its like a form of capitalism that only favors corporations because only they have the power to create meaningful wealth.

Arbitrage opportunities would be pretty shallow in this kind of system. Anyone attempting to profit on speculation would have to be investing in supply chain related tokens rather then traditional financial instruments.

The entire idea of investment will become drastically different and far smaller of a market then it is today. The only real way to win in this system is to be the most efficient at producing goods and services to offer on the Blockchain
