Median wealth is a socialist metric. The conditions of the loser bottom half of society are irrelevant. I make $300k a year and my tax rate is 22%. I only associate with similarity successful people. We all have immense land holdings and do not reside in cities like europoors do. But even comparing median and mean income, the “average” american still wins hugely because not only we get paid more but our taxes are half of the europoor
