you can make more wealth come into the world (building/creating something, writing a novel, studying nature and publishing your findings, writing a hypothesis on the function of reality), but that doesn't produce more money

the bottom line: money is a medium for the exchange of wealth/value
a marvelous tool—quite possibly the greatest tool humanity has ever realized—but nothing more

the only aspect of reality that one could reasonably argue is "zero sum" is the fact that there is a finite amount of total potential energy in our observable universe—and while it may seem pretty irrational to equate the observable universe's energy to something that humanity may ever have a grasp on, even the total potential energy limited to the earth and its resources alone stands to make even the wildest and most outlandish predictions for humanity's prosperity and energy usage look wildly insignificant

in practical terms, there is nothing "zero sum" about life
your prosperity does not inherently come at the expense of another living thing—and, in fact, you would benefit if you were in possession of or earning a consistent amount of money during a time of the production of many goods and services and the lack of the printing and distribution of any new currency, as the price of these goods would drop as a result of their abundance
but, i'm getting ahead of myself
the burden of proof, in this case, would be on the person who assumes that it does, and that some sort of action must be taken against people who want to prosper
so—if you do wish to take such action against people seeking prosperity, it's all eyes and ears from us, mate
