Evidently this unscientific, slanderous campaign is being spearheaded by an organization called Friends of the Earth. If you disagree with them, please contact them, and let them know in as strong of words as you feel are merited.

Don't stop there though. Call the grocery stores and restaurants that you patronize and let them know that you, your family and your friends want to eat AquaAdvantage® salmon and demand to see it in the fish aisle and on the menu. Counter disinformation about this misunderstood food of the future on online forums and social media. Start an advocacy group in your community and organize demonstrations to let retailers and the public know that consumers want AquaAdvantage®. The AquaBounty website is a great resource to learn more. I suggest everyone memorize the information on this page, so that they are prepared to defend AquaAdvantage® salmon whenever the occasion arises.
