>work for small firm owned by a large company
>boss wants to take on more clients (barely able to handle the workload we have now)
>Is making everyone sign a "loyalty pledge"
>It's a document he typed up stating that everyone pledges to stay with the company for the next 5 years, to not seek employment with a competitor, or move out of the city.

Anyone ever hear of something like that before? Is it legally binding? According to HR when I was hired I was considered "at will" so I was a bit confused by all of this. Should I refuse to sign it?
