Bingo. They were gifted the most advantaged era is US history. Literally all they had to do was pick a job (and there were tons) not spend 100% of their income and by 60 they were multimillionaires. And even some of them couldn't get that right.

Thanks to boomers buying the property (especially at a fair price) is basically impossible. They did the same thing to property that they did to jobs.

It could make a little sense if you were able to buy a home and thus build some equity but right now is a horrible time to buy. So they are basically pushing you out at the worst possible time. Lol good luck with current rent prices.
