Your (and ours, meaning EU) is beyond decayed. Nuclear power plants still in function 20+ years after their initial lifespan with ZERO budget to replace them nor sarcophagus them. Ridiculously destroyed roads, 100+ years sewer and subway system, gas & water pipes tied to rusty canals, oversaturated water cleaning system & electric grid, etc...
Look at the %age of increasing delays on your trains and airports + number of planes stuck in maintenance to have a glimpse of the competency crisis. We all survive on a grid built half a century ago at best, that we don't even know how to replace anymore. Don't expect the chinks to do it for you.

ha, so this is why now when i want an appointment with a doctor i've to wait 3 months minimum (a year for any specialist) while back when i was a kid they could see you within 2 days? It also must be why our infrastructure is in top notch condition, our nuclear power stations are still in activity 30 years after they max use but we somehow didn't save a penny to build new ones, our fellow ppl so happy they'd rather jail themselves at home rather than experience vibrant diversity, and why for the first time since mankind exist our productivity is going down rather than up.
