>monetary collapse means
The government will not allow a competing currency with whatever they intend to roll out next.

Example: Government says bitcoin is being used to fund terrorism and those using it will be charged with terrorism. How bad is bitcoin going to crash overnight? How many people will buy your bags? In this scenario the value of bitcoin simply evaporates. B-b-but. NO. There will be no competing currency after monetary collapse...except for...well...you know.

>1oz brit gold
I'd suggest the 2023 Lizzie brit. I'm pretty sure they're going to appreciate in value over the Chucks.

>I just want some now
Then I would just buy a tube of generic buffalos for the time being, then wait to see if prices tamp down more. They will.

Just watched this around Christmas. If you end up watching it, make note of the commodities they put on the table when teaching the negro about trading.

>If I didn’t have a house to repair I’d be ordering gold ASAP.
Dishing out $1800 for a new clutch and other vehicle repairs. Luckily that's coming from the emergency account. My fiat account will be traded for a couple of 1/4oz Brits later this week.

I would do the math first. Usually 1/4oz has less of a premium than 1/10oz, but I found this to not be the case on some bullion sites. Figured this out when I filled my cart for future calculations.

I have 1oz Brit and plan on getting...
Two 1/2oz
Four 1/4oz
Ten 1/10oz

When I put these in my cart, the 1/4 held the highest premium.

Well done, fren. I know it's tough saving and not taking the easy route and just buying a bunch of silver. Just got mine last week. Been Keeping it under my pillow ever since.

Here's my plan.
Two 1/2oz
Four 1/4oz
Ten 1/10oz

For some reason four 1/4oz is more expensive than ten 1/10oz. Oh well, premiums have never stood in the way of what I want to trade my fiat for.
