It would come out of nowhere, a sudden sense of dreadful fear starting with a heavy feeling in my stomach which would spread to my heart and throat.

After that, the feeling of dread would escape my body but I'd feel the presence, with every blink of my eyes the face would flash in my mind. If I kept my eyes open I would see fingers creeping in the corner of my eyes. If I tried to ignore it I would 'feel' these fingers touching me.

Thinking about all of this is bringing up a lot. I never understood how or why, it still pops up sometimes but I guess I learned to live with it

Someone please give me an explanation

I know it is, one you've been running for at least three years now. Doesn't it get tiresome? I'd like just one of you to tell the truth.
