The main question is if I borrow money and the terms say I can't use it for business or securities, and I do basically use it for business purpose,

Also, talk some sense into me about this little scam I want to run.
I have an approval right now to borrow up to $50k at a not totally shit rate of 9%. It's a personal loan, signature loan, loan for any purpose you get the gist.
Now stay with me here. I can extend this sucker out to 48 months and there is no early repayment penalties. So maxing the term just gives me the lowest monthly liability.
If I borrowed $40k along these terms, it would cost me about $1k a month which is an amount I am already using every month to buy funny internet money.
So here's the idea

>dump it all in fucking bitcoin
>now paying $1k debt service instead of usual $1k btc buys
>wait for it to hit $100k, which it will. Right? Right?
>assume this happens in T+12 months.
>Sell bitcoin, profit, pay off the loan remainder.
I did some back of the napkin math that told me I would clear $50k in profits doing this with the btc $100k scenario.
I also ran the btc $20k scenario in case I'm wrong as fuck, and I think I'd lose $20k if that happened, all assuming I'm gonna nuke the loan at 12 months.
Financially, I can withstand the monthly payments even if btc went to zero, and in my btc $20k scenario I can easily eat the $20k loss.

Watch market signals and buy low sell high (in and out in 10-15 minutes preferably less)

Example:
3000 shares @ 14$ buy
3000 shares @ 14.02 sell
0.02*3000 = 60
60-10 = $50 profit

Repeat a few times a day, Don't get greedy and over trade!

Each couple of profitable trades you increase the number of shares.

Over time using exponential growth e.g.: (20,000*1.01^x) you will hit over a million.

Then get house and lambo and larp and tell everyone how fucking poor you are.
