Can anyone give me any job hunting tips when it comes to technical jobs? I have a mechanical engineering bachelors degree with two years of experience and my current job is shit.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but I have a hell of a time getting any sort of response from employers. Lately, it's been on my mind to just get out of engineering all together because my current job is draining my life out of me and the pay is absolute shit.
