The ONLY 'crypto' that are not Securities are PoW, as agreed in '15 in the CFTC case. PoW coins are Commodities. Crypto = Commodities.
Now show me your evidence that its not a security, Keep in mind that when Ripple signed that (((PLEA BARGAIN))) BTC & PoW coins only just became commodities, regulation was still relatively unknown back in '15!
