Although I would buy an unmodded low mileage civic hatch in a heartbeat. My mom has a broken down civic lift back of the same year, but probably more trouble than it is worth to fix at its mileage. I have good memories of this car though, and its a shame we will never see anything this reliable, compact, and efficient ever again.

Boomers really were blessed to be spoiled by the cars they had access to. Meanwhile, we are in the twilight years before zoomers kill off personal ICE cars. I hope I can find an MR2 before they all rust away.
