I'm an early bitcoiner and one of the few BCH defenders here, but this is a stretch. ETH offers far more flexibility with their tokenisation. BCH relies on simplicity, to prevent blockchain littering, additional scaling bottlenecks and bugs.
It's arguably better if your network's main purpose is being money (as in BCH's case) but I wouldn't call it better overall. And both have their place in the ecosystetm.
