Let's clear this up for the newfags and midwits.
Stop judging silver and gold by it's fiat price. The "spot price" of PMs has almost nothing to do with their value and everything to do with the strength of the fiat.

No dumb dumb, your money is worth 5 times less. When you bought silver for $4 you could fill your truck up for $20. Now it's costs $100.
You judge the value of everything by its relation to gold. There is a reason it's called the Gold Standard.
When the GSR is above 60 buy Silver because it's under valued. When the GSR is under 40 start selling your silver for Gold. I recommend 25% of your current stack per 5% change in the GSR buts that's just me. I'm not a financial advisor. You do you.
Then, when the GSR returns to above 60 sell some gold back into silver.
^^^^^This ^^^^^ is how you value silver and increase your holding while stacking without using fiat.
