Im using td e-series index. The mers are a bit higher .32-.5 but there are no trading fees and no minimum. They offer enough diversity for me s&p, nasdaq, dow, tsx, msci eafe, msci europe and canadian bond index.
Once i have the 15k for no annual fee direct investing ill switch to ishares and vanguard equivilents.
