Why do I still have to pay property taxes

I'm good at predicting winners but terrible at knowing when to sell, Often held the bags down to the bottom but many times i sold too early as well.

$200 to 100K back down to $2K

>2018-2021
$2K to 450K back down to $35K

So while i failed to make it it seems like i'm good at picking outperforming alts, This is my list for 2023-2025 (Possibly will change over time tho):
