I bought 5 Bitcoin in December 2020 for ~20k each and despite it going to 60k+ shortly after I didn’t sell and I’ve held all the way down

I just figured out why my parents lost their house a long time ago

They NEVER mentioned this, they always claimed that they spent too much money on random crap, and that’s what caused them to fall behind on mortgage payments and end up being forced to sell

But that is bullshit, I looked at the numbers and what actually happened.

>$20,000 deposit
>$54,000 mortgage
>1994: $25,000 mortgage remaining
>parents decide to knock house down and build a McMansion
>bank gives them mortgage to do this
>mortgage goes from $25,000 remaining to now $150,000 remaining
>parents increased their mortgage debt by 500%

How the FUCK was it a good idea to increase their mortgage debt by 500% over night?

No fucking wonder they got forced to sell only 6 years after.

Now they’re renting for life because they fucked up financially like that by increasing their debt by 500% and what’s even more fucked up is that they still cannot comprehend how fucking retarded that decision was

I lost my full time permanent employment because they are cutting down and I was among those permanent employees who had worked for the company the shortest time.

I got an offer for a full time job at another company. The first 6 months are a trial period where you can be fired more easily.

Then my boss told me I can stay at my current job but not full time. They are offering me permanent employment every other weekend. Plus I get to work extra hours "in need" or whatever it's called in English, not my first language, basically work that isn't guaranteed.

And then if a workmate quits I'll most likely get full time permanent employment again, and it looks like some people want to quit.

A workmate thinks I should take the job at the other company. But I have a lot of shit going on in my life right now and I'm not sure I can deal with also having to change job at the same time.

What do?
