>Video games are a dead market on ebay
Nah, you just need to scour the various other markets for cheap stuff then dump it on ebay.

I spent 500 bux on games last week and will probably get $1200 once they're finished selling. If you don't have garbage then people usually buy them quickly, but the return maybe isn't SUPER AMAZING like some people expect it to be, and there are better avenues to make dosh if you know your market.

Games are just so easy because they're easy to store and ship, so it's not a hassle to have a few stacks sitting around for 2 weeks as they sell.

The answer is obvious that I must pay down my student loans, but is their anything I can do in the meantime? Can we buy a house while I still have those if we have 20%?

I have been studying finance for a couple years privately, but I feel lost at where to begin in my situation. I definitely feel pressure from my wife to buy a home as well.

I have thought about taking a second job to speed up the process, but I have no idea where to even start. The only side job I ever did was restaurants, and I'd frankly rather take the an hero then go back to that. Career related consulting is just out of reach for a few years until I get more experience. I've thought about bartending, couriering and even being a janitor.

My wife and I ware willing to take risks. We want wealth. Period. She may even start her own practice on the side and push her hours to 60+.

The good news about my main job is that it's stable, I like it, and their is a lot of opportunity for advancement. I'm also good at it. Unfortunately it took 6-8 to get into it and figure that out.

Any advice?

>mfw my credit report is finally not shitty after executing a 5-year plan to complete reconstruct it

Also I keep seeing people in this board with no debt, work and six figure assets in their twenties. How in the fucking hell did ya'll do that? I've busted my balls since 16, but my parents didn't give or teach me shit. Is this really the difference here?
