They keep the stock price within a spread of a few cents by selling and buying massive amounts of shares, I think they where hired by ETRM to keep a low float, recently Garry Blackford was apointed in the board of directors. Blackford is known to be behind mergers and buyouts. That explains the explosion of volume, but the price won't budge.

I've been playing along with the Market Marker, easy to predict the lows and highs, I have a buy order at .16 sold at .18 at open.
