they've already sorted that out and i'm going to be in control of all their assets. funny thing is my older brother got mad when he found out bc he said he should be in charge bc he's the oldest lol. my sister tried to explain the obvious why they did that but he didn't want to accept it. i'm a retard too but I probably have a better shot at keeping things running smoothly.

i fucking hate house flippers. every remodeled house i've seen looks exactly the fucking same. i know they cut as many corners as possible to get the highest ROI so I expect many things to start breaking down within a year or 2.

the housing market is shifting to a cold market and the first group that suffers is house flippers. seeing homes that are house flips get multiple large price cuts over the past 4-6 weeks and still not selling is bringing me a lot of joy. a lot of them are getting ass raped right now and they're getting really close to just breaking even at current prices. if a crash or at least a decent sized correction happens many will be in the negative so I hope that happens soon bc they need to pay for their sins.
