R3 will inform the Central Banks that the fastest consensus algorithm is the Swirlds Hashgraph, which may be preceded or accompanied by major council announcements, possibly a FAANG stock (we know they sat down with Facebook, who stole the Libra council model from HH). Hedera Hashgraph won. Corda is consensus algorithm agnostic. CULedger chose Hashgraph. IBM is is sitting on the council, along with FIS, who moves over $9 trillion a year. Hyperledger and Corda will be using the Hedera public network as the consensus layer.
