Anon, I've been part of hiring decisions with a small company a few times now. I don't ask those kinds of bullshit questions, but I get their purpose.

By asking you about your conflict resolutions (even if you invent a story to answer with) they're seeing if you act like a schizoid, Travis Bickle type, or if you can even conceive of resolving problems like an adult.

By asking about "work style and customer needs" they just want to know if you are somewhat self aware about what you're good at, about what you're not as good at, and about your ability to check in with people you're supposed to be helping.

The company I work for is in hiring for an expansion, and we're struggling to find qualified people. We're in a college town with the largest university in the state, but we still can't get enough people with at least a B.S in chemistry, ChemE, Materials, or some related discipline to become field engineers. Normally I'd blame it on not being able to compete with the wages a fortune 200 company can pay, but they aren't hiring. At this point we're doing a "refer a friend bounty". We're not even super picky about the GPA of the guys coming out of college, 3.0 is fine.

yeah its kinda dark... there was one yesterday, they announced the target at 4pm est, but they must have already bought it because by like 4:01 it was dumping, so anyone who only learned of it at 4 and went to the exchange and bought probably lost money, even if they dumped within minutes. in about an hour it had corrected back to the price it was at yesterday.

then in the discord they post their big update, "tonight was great! over 200%! much success" when on tradingview etc the price doesnt even show a spike, just a steep drop at 4pm and then a gradual correction.

so if youre not an insider on this channel and havent already bought when they announce it, youre probably gonna lose money

China right now is conducting the largest terraforming effort in human history. They are building the "great green wall" in the Gobi desert. Not only that but they are building infrastructure and planting millions of trees in various African countries. I went to South Africa to visit a friend in mid-2019, while I was riding in a taxi from an airport to his house I had a chat with the taxi driver. I asked him about all the construction I was seeing and he simply replied, "China builds those". I asked him to elaborate, bridges, electrical grids, solar farms, etc. He kept pointing things out that were built by China. He even mentioned how they are building schools, office buildings, and hiring people. Now as much as I fucking hate China, this is an investment opportunity. Why oh why would China be so interested in the fucking wasteland of Africa. Minerals, Oil. Would be the first thing that comes to mind but I believe it is deeper than that. I think the CCP has a long term plan to take a majority of Africa and bring them out of the third world. Now you may ask, why. It's so they can turn Africa into an economic battery. The population of Africa is insanely large and is a completely untapped source of consumers. These people live in fucking shithole buildings and don't really buy shit the way we do in other FW countries. So my point is if you wanted to make a bunch of money, buy BABA, NIO and hold. Or if you are ballsy put out an option call far into the future on these companies. They are undervalued.
