Obviously it's going to dump a lot more; see the 1W. However first it will inevitably pump a bit (before the dumping resumes); see the 1D, so another bulltrap is likely. I estimate the dumping is basically over for now; it could dump a little bit more, but if it does it probably won't go below 19k. Either way that doesn't make any difference in the longer term.

Not actually checking the chart are you? How typical. You copers never check the chart. It's like you don't even know how to. The pic in the OP is from Feb 12th. Picrel is what it looks like right now on the 1W; it's been thoroughly knocked down from the top area.

On the 1M BTCUSD is bullish and it's not only the Stoch RSI that makes BTCUSD look bullish on the 1M. But that doesn't change the fact the situation on the 1W is very bearish. Judging by how the 1M Stoch RSI looked in the past after the previous major bear markets it looks like this is the same situation, however the 1M Stoch RSI could certainly turn around and begin going down again. But the price can easily dump to lets say 13k without the 1M Stoch RSI going down -- see for example what happened in 2015, back then the price had already "bottomed" at 166.45 in January but then it dumped to 162 in August, and the 1M Stoch RSI then didn't change much, only the blue line went down a tiny bit. It's the 1M after all, so any fast big movements on the lower timeframes like 1W and 1D followed by a subsequent fast big reversal won't effect the 1M much or any. However if the 1W Stoch RSI bottoms out, or by the time it's under 15 points or so, then the 1M probably will look at least a little bit different from how it looks now. And certainly with this pace, with things moving this slowly.
