i work in a pharmacy that supplies nursing homes exclusive and over the past several years, all the smaller players have been bought out or wiped out
guess what happens now when you have a big client that manages 20 nursing homes?
there's only 2 players in canada that can even bid on that contract, it's reached a point where nursing homes are just hopping between TWO suppliers when there used to be at least 4-5 maybe

pic related is my company's competitor... if antitrust or whatever monopoly laws didnt get in the way, they'd probably be bought out by now
