Well this just happened.

>gf leaving for work at 5:30
>some mexican dude was half blocking our driveway with hood up
>gf has her truck in driveway. My civic is parked in the street directly behind my car.
>gf doesnt see anybody near broken down car.
>gf decides she is going to back up over the curb around the car.
>she gets in her truck locks the door
>she then sees dude come up to her window and start trying to tell her something about the car
>she doesn't open car window or door
>i hear some dude talking and see him trying to talk to her through window
>i go outside and ask whats wrong, he immedietly goes back to the car and moves it slightly forward so its not blocking the driveway
>gf drives to work
>i ask whats wrong with it and he says it's something with the breaks and a tow truck is coming
>i say damn if it was the battery I could help jump it, thats too bad
>go back inside
>he drives away completey

Was this fucker trying to rob my girlfriend? The fact he drove away makes me think his story was a complete lie. But idk how he decided this was the best plan to rob someone, how did he even know my girlfriend would leave right then?

Maybe he assumed she was going to get into the Honda on the street and not the truck. God fucking damnit, this isn't even a bad neighborhood, its nice as fuck. I cant wait until they finish the rich ass apartments down the street and add in cement triangles to the road to stop people from driving through.
