He didn't he said he sold them to someone else. And it is called options on January 13th GME squeezed. If you bought the 35 c 1/15 at market open with 1000 dollars you could of sold and became a milllionaire. Why? Because the option was so far out of the money and so close to expiry that it was not worth very much, worth only 0.01 per contract or 1 dollar. Suddenly GME squeezes this price action caused IV to increase, not only that but your option that was only a few hours ago worth 1 dollar per contract is now deep in-the money. Go look at how much the 35 GME call expiring 1/22 costs. Now pretend its 1/13 again because IV right now is only 222 percent. Then it was 400 percent +. You would be a Millionaire easily.
