I think one thing a lot of people are missing out on with the in-thread Coronacoin craze is that it's going to take some time for them to increase in collectability and demand. In essence, it's going to take until early-mid 2021 for scarcity to manifest and price to begin to rise (since they've got an ongoing print until the end of the ear, relaeasing in batches) so you're gambling on how long the markets are going to be crashed for. Now sure, we've got the second wave to consider which should keep the markets nice and dead for a few years (great for PMs), but I can't just sit around while people are making them out to be the next coming of Silver Jesus.
They're not going to spike in value immediately. They're going to need time to settle and for nobody else to be selling them. In that way, I'd liken Coronacoins more to Gold than to Silver itself (given that they're long term on the scope of many years, slow but reliable growers).

If you're going to short the crash, do it with something else (Loaf, Bar, Britannias, Eagles, Leafs, Koalas etc)
