With low rates during covid and millions of migrants pouring into the west, we have seen the beginnings of what I call the Great Housing Wars of the 2030's. Millions will be needing a starter home or a new home in a new location because of rapidly declining state governements. Millions of second generation migrants will also be demanding housing. This will cause mass dislocation as people compete viciously for homes in the best locations in the US with access to the best healthcare, food and safety away from gangs and niggers. If you don't already own a home, you are pretty fucked. Bidding wars have just begun and violence could ultimately follow.
