On the 21st it enters the S&P 500 all at once as its 7th most valued stock. That means that all the institutions tracking the S&P 500 must buy hundreds of millions of dollars worth of TSLA shares, so right after that massive mandatory pump TSLA would be massively overvalued and it would be a good time to dump, which is kind of expected. It might even be a good time to short but I wouldn't take that risk.
