no, Kucoin and Kraken let you set whatever prices you want. Binance is the one which won't let you go much higher/lower than LUNC's current value. I have about 15 million coins spread on those three exchanges, with ladders starting at 1 cent and going up to $1 (the higher-end orders will be placed on Binance when the time comes, since they have by far the largest volume and liquidity of all the cexes). Kraken and Kucoin hold my lower-to-mid orders (1 cent to 50 cents), with a few high ones ranging from 75 to 95 cents just in case.
