hi. i'm a 34 year male old NEET currently living with parents. fucking total loser with treatment-resistant Major Depressive Disorder, PTSD/trauma from undealt-with sex assault at age 13, on social security disability + supplemental security income @ around 1000 USD / mo income. i smoke weed and drink to ameliorate the pain but am willing to white-knuckle stone-cold sobriety if i have to.

i have a little over 200 USD in my checking account. i pay my parents $430/mo in rent and otherwise everything else is paid for. i am mildly interested in investing, particularly in crypto/bitcoin specifically (I know you probably need more than $200 to invest in the crypto market but I'm willing to save). i'm a semi-autistic NEET who loathes human interaction; i have considered truck driving as a career because i like sitting & staring at something ahead of me for long periods while not talking to people.

i know my parents won't be around forever to take care of me. i'm 34, 35 in a few months. how do i make use of the money i currently have/change current habits to ensure financial security after they're gone.
