the darkness serves the function of screening out everyone. only those who are fully dedicated and have overcome fear of death can penetrate the threshold
once inside the threshold there is no turning back and the only way out is forward
of course to pass through the threshold you will have to endure trials that test your heart and intention
only those with pure intention and good hearts make it through unscathed
those who are impure are destroyed in the process

I wouldn't say it's black MAGIC
I don't see any malevolent intention behind the book, rather it is a personal account of the author's experiences with Saturn.

The first third of the book talks about the historical context of Saturn
The second third of the book talks about the authors personal accounts
The final third of the book outlines specific rituals and incantations one can do

However, after reading that book it confirmed some suspicions I had. Namely, that the God of Moses and the Father of Jesus is the same entity that is discussed in the book.
