The law for the ban is against the constitution btw.
But its only allowed to sue once you actually get the tax form and have to pay. So we dont even really know if we can trade or not and I wont take the risk.

And the law itself was supposed to be against being able to claim "total losses" as deductible, so if something goes to 0. But they missed adding the "total" in the law itself.
So now losses are banned. You can not deduce losses from your tax. Its a defacto ban on private investing.
