Use whatever responsibility your job affords you to:

2. Make copies of keys, hard drives, client accounts, personal data, credit card info, and whatever else you can get your hands on.
3. Intentionally obstruct regular workplace functioning, for example set vital computer programs and information as encrypted and password protected, intentionally alter prefab operations on machinery so only you can operate it, so that you are indispensable for your workplace.
4. Collect personal information of customers, competitors, and retailers so that if you ever decide to walk you can take business with you, sell trade secrets, or generally undercut your bosses.
5. Encourage co-workers and upper management to get into embarrassing situations, then black mail them. Any crime or embarrassing situation you can catch them in should not be passed up, and without their knowledge you should start to compile a dossier of people's secrets.
