Hey /biz its time for a talk. What are the financial impacts that moving OR staying in your hometown had on you? Friends, family, finances etc. Did moving help you open up and throttle up your career or was it a mistake? To start ill throw my story out there to get the ball rolling.

Lived in a small town my entire life, fields and forests around my house, one gas station for the town, one general store. You can go dirtbiking or hiking or just a walk in the woods trails just by heading down the road a bit and going up a trail. You could get away with shooting guns or whatever else small town people do, quite a lot you couldnt do in a tight suburb or city. However 12 minutes away in either direction there are decent size towns or small cities with most stores that you could need. I work in a large hospital thats 10-12 mins away from my house, still with my parents. So I could move up to a great position in the job im at now if I got educated. Thing is, I think im a doomer and dont want to admit it, think about suicide often, was raped as a kid so i dont have great social skills, not an incel either, i look like a chad but because of past trauma people realize im a bit awkward for sure. My best friend lives down south because of military and he loves where we came from but the liberal laws and culture of NYC control the rules of rural upstate NY, in a large degree. He wont be moving back. My other friends moved a town or 2 over, some 20 mins away about. So while theyre not all super far we grew up within a rocks throw of each other, my other friend now moving to central florida. This sucks guys. So it comes down to, besides wanting to kill myself and being burned by ex girlfriends, and friends not in immediate vicinity i am awkward and also not pushing myself maybe? I pretty much live on biz, hopefully my alt coin choices make it work for me. Did moving help or not help you guys? Has biz made you rich? Did you move or stay? What are the advantages?
