Mike Hernn was talking about Forks and the danger's of soft forks which Core passed into Bitcoin.

The idea of how dangerous softforks are, in terms of leading to disguised protocol changes.

The pic on the article from 2015 is the exact same one Elon used today.

Recently he has been tweeting about Tether and just now Forks. Doge coin is an analogy he wants to use to show what has happened to Bitcoin. Deeply read his recent tweets and read the Bitcoin Whitepaper and think what he is trying to signal.
