I'd have to think about the video a bit when I'm not tired. I don't actually believe doing good is pulling a fish up a tree, nor do I believe we should be wasting resources on trying to civilize savages. I also don't believe in democracy. I have no interest in interfering with other peoples nations or cultures because I'd be focused on my own.

I'm not looking to rescue people, you should never try to save someone who doesn't want to be saved. When someone is drowning you approach them with your leg extended out, because otherwise they might pull you down with them while panicking. The good I want to do is making it so I can open a gym so I have a space to teach men diagnosed with depression weightlifting because that's what will do the most to immediately improve your mood and life. I just want to provide opportunity to those who want to help themselves.

I disagree with what he said about if you knew what's good for you, you would already be improved. You never reach improved. Improvement is endless and stops when you die, anything less and you're wasting your life. There are some things we do know. Eating well and lifting weights is guaranteed to improve any mans life. Where they go from there depends on them, modern society is absolutely brutal on men and they aren't taught how to prepare for it. If someone had told me what I've learned in the last year when I was 15, I'd be at least a millionaire by now. Another quick example that comes to mind is the education system. They teach you garbage and the more I learn the more I can protect my children from misinformation and brainwashing. I could go on and there's a lot of stuff in this video that I've thought about fairly hard already so is nice to see a different perspective. Cool video.
