Why is RIOT worth 10x BITF when BITF has twice the mining capacity?

So the market wants to drop, because by all means the market should drop, but instead we see credit downgrades and stock surges for the same companies, for the same day. Because the Fed is willing to give essentially infinite money to banks, who then loan it out, but all the collateral is worthless. Which means the Fed's balance sheet is mostly worthless. But the market goes up anyways. Coronavirus made stocks go down, and all that happened was the Fed got way more blatant and billions turned into trillions.
