Guys I'm so fucking stupid I want to do options and bet on PLTR going up but I don't fucking get how this shit works. Please help.

Is the Qty the number contracts? Each contract is worth 100 shares isn't it? Or is it 10?
Why is the bid, limit, and ask all in decimals? Do I need to convert it?
If I bought pic related, how would I profit?

Please guys I wanna make it but I keep looking up and researching this shit but apparently I'm just supposed to know. pls help bros...
