Usually more common in more expensive shops, and sometimes you can see on their website if you're on their mailing list
Ex on this site the left is me logged in, and they dont say anywhere on the site explicitly but anyone with a star on the right of their name is OK w/ rawdogging, usually only for japanese ppl though
