whats a good percentage of net worth to keep in physical metals? im thinking of switching to solid gold and paper silver to buy more gold to save on weight

Same. Doesn't look like most people have a strategy beyond begging for stock picks.
My strategy for this market at least for now is to just follow the meme lines. If it looks cheap i sell a 1-3 spread and buy a call and sell the call when it looks expensive. Spreads are weeklies so every week they expire and free up cash, or close them early to redeploy the money into something that became cheap.
I have about 100k in AMZN and JPM spreads right now and they should net about 30k by next friday even if J Pow turns chinese by morning
